Tim Pye

President

(With wife Chanda, and sons Tristan and Trevor)
 
Founder of Biz 2 Biz Commerce.
A 15 year veteran to the barter industry. First introduced to barter as co-owner of Specialty Cleaning Services, a niche market cleaning company that included movie screen, acoustical and vinyl tile ceiling, and awning cleaning. Background includes real estate investing straight out of college, million dollar producer for Prudential Real Estate, and State Agent (in only 6 months) for American Income Life (a union benefits company).
 
Launched Biz 2 Biz Commerce in November of 2004. Currently serving on the Small Business Committee for the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce.

Brad Howard

VP - Sales

Former national sales coach and sales trainer for BXI Exchange - America's Oldest and Largest Trade Exchange. Conducted local sales workshops across the U.S., Keynote Speaker and host of sales break-out sessions at national conventions for both BXI and ITEX. Top 10% Producing office in BXI and ITEX with office trade volume exceeding 5M per year. Keynote Speaker at 2010 IRTA Conference in Pittsburg. Hired as a sales consultant by top barter exchanges across the US.

Lee Anne Busman

VP - Public Relations

Founder and CEO of Barter Consultants International and has been active and successful in the barter industry for the last 18 years. She is a life time member of the Multiple Listing Service Million Dollar Club in real estate for Harry Norman Realtors in Atlanta, Georgia. She received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Western Kentucky University in 1971 and was honored as a Kappa Delta Pi Master’s recipient when she graduated from Georgia State University in l982.
 
She has served twice on the International Board of Directors for IRTA, the International Reciprocal Trade Association, and has been on various other committees for IRTA during her career. She received the prestigious Legend of Barter Award in 2009. BCI is also the recipient of the Consumer’s Choice Award in Atlanta for five years in a row. Lee Anne has also been very involved in the GRA, Georgia Restaurant Association, for the last six years, and has served as the Chairman of the Corporate Advisory Committee for the last three years.

Amanda Howard

Michael has a strong background in telesales management and will be focused on bringing new members on board that are requested by our client base. Here are a few more facts about Michael:

* General Manager of Heilig Meyers Furniture Co 1996-1999 (Jacksonville FL)
* Created advanced file system for the Florida Turnpike 2000 (Tallahassee) (Orlando) 1999-2005

Dea Farris

Dea Farris is a native New Yorker and relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 1972. Former owner of Farris and Associates, Dea has 27 years of experience in brokering sales and negotiating trades.

As head Broker, at Barter Consultants International, for (6) years, she has developed the Media and Travel departments. 
 
Her hobbies include: NASCAR, motorcycle riding, photography and volunteering since 1989 with the Shelter for Homeless Couple.
 

Connie Hulsey

Trade Broker

Connie Hulsey brings to Biz 2 Biz Commerce over 25 years of media marketing in the field of Television and Radio. She is an experienced radio talk show host for News, Talk, Sports station as well as a station manager and sales manager. She has been on TV 57 in Atlanta, Georgia. She served as a public relations director, served on several local community charitable committees, political campaigns and worked with the Jerry Lewis Telethon in Bluefield, West Virginia while at the NBC affiliate WVVA Television Station. Connie is a member of the Exchange Club of Rome, the Cartersville-Bartow County Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce, the Bartow Business Connection and Biz2Biz Commerce. She is also a member and co-founder of the Floyd Business Connection.
 

Kenneth Hulsey

Kenneth Hulsey brings to Biz 2 Biz Commerce over 30 years' experience in business management, sales, marketing and event promotions. For the past 20 years, his community involvement has included serving on a number of political campaign committees, charitable organization boards and their event planning and marketing committees. He has served as president of the Exchange Club of Rome and the Coosa Valley Fair Association. In addition, he served as a 2009-2010 district director for the Georgia District Exchange Clubs. He is a member of the Exchange Club of Rome, the Cartersville-Bartow County Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce, the Bartow Business Connection and Biz2Biz Commerce. He is also a member and co-founder of the Floyd Business Connection.
 

Vic Anapolle

Sales

Raised and educated in the Boston area, the family moved to Atlanta in 1971.  From then to retirement in 2001, Vic was operations manager with a multinational company.  He joined BCI in 2005, working in the sales area.  In addition to his association with BCI, he has worked with a private firm since retirement as a consultant in the areas of employee recognition and motivation. He particularly enjoys helping small businesses grow though use of his extensive business network connections. 
 

Jo Jo Holotka

Trade Broker

Jo Jo grew up in Massachusetts, and lived in Los Angeles prior to relocating to Atlanta.  She studied Communications as an undergrad at University of Massachusetts Amherst and completed her Master's studies at Emerson College in Boston.  In her other life outside the office she sings, writes songs and has appeared on television, in movies and has also hosted radio and television programs.  Although she’s a Red Sox fan, she now considers herself a Georgia peach.
 

Judy Lee Rask

Office Manager

Judy Lee Rask is a graduate of Cleveland state university with a bachelors degree in business and database management.  She is currently in her 10thyear with barter consultants as corporate controller.  She is a former director for the weather channel.
 

Kimberly Doney

Administrative Assistant

Kimberly graduated with a Marketing degree from Clemson University in 2007.   A Philadelphia area native, she moved to Atlanta in 2008 to work for Swoozies, a locally-based specialty retail chain.  Upon Swoozies filing for bankruptcy, she came across the opportunity to work for BCI.  She has been with BCI since May 2010.
